  Terrible location, they are always out of the good doughnuts (double chocolate, chocolate cream, peanut, jelly sticks, just about all filled ones) get it together dunkin doughnuts! Service is also slow at best.

  Every time I visit this store the coffee is terrible. I try to give it "one more chance" by returning a different day of the week or a different time of day. The coffee is always "over done" or "burned." Whenever I order iced coffee it is extremely watered down, is obviously the "left over coffee" from the morning and they don't add syrup when it is requested. I have been visiting this store on and off for months and I'm so disappointed every time I go. I can't keep giving them one more chance, even though they are the only DD anywhere in the area. I can now only get DD as a special treat when I pass one out of town. I'm so disappointed and sad because I LOVE DD coffee, I even have K-Cups at home and at work, but it seems the Michigan Ave. DD isn't a true DD after all.
