  Walked in on st Patrick's day... they claim that they are understaffed yet several employees can be seen standing around. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait even tho half the place is empty. Then we were sat at one place only to be moved to another shortly after. Our waitress walked by with menus but did not give us any. (My husband finally got up and found some after 15 minutes...) she took our drink order and we waited over 10 minutes for our drinks. We had to wait 35 minutes for our food after placing our order. Meanwhile our waitress can be found at the front lobby talking to other employees who are standing around doing nothing. Overall, horrible experience, lack of professionalism, and I'm very disappointed. This was my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last at this location. I'd much rather drive a half hour to go to one in a different city than come here again.

  This was a unpleasant visit.. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. I will not visit this location again or recommend anyone here

  Decided to dine here after shopping at Fairlane Mall with family. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated while an entire side of the restaurant was empty. The menus were in horrible condition. Menus looked as if they had been soaked in fluids and air dried more than once with writing on every page. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. Our drinks were delicious and our food came out hot and delicious very promptly. The atmosphere was cool.
